B. Client Input Data When using the Simulation Engine, you may provide:

• Marketing copy, campaign narratives, and brand assets.
• Target audience definitions and psychographic parameters.

3. The "No-Training" Guarantee

Unlike consumer-grade AI tools, SocialTrait operates on a Closed-Loop Infrastructure.

• Data Siloing: Your proprietary assets and simulation results are siloed to your organization.
• AI Ethics: We do not use Client Input Data to train our global Behavioral Simulation Engine or any third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). Your intellectual property remains yours.
  

4. Security & Storage

We utilize enterprise-grade security to safeguard your information:

• Infrastructure: All data is stored via MongoDB Atlas Cloud, utilizing end-to-end encryption.
  
• Compliance: Our storage providers maintain certifications for GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  
• Retention: We retain website data as long as necessary for analytics and simulation data for the duration of your service agreement, unless a deletion request is made.
  

5. Your Rights & Opt-Outs

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access and Portability: Request a copy of your personal data.
  
• Correction or Deletion: Request that we update or erase your data.
